In my neighborhood there are no benches or fountains anymore,
Today the houses are Ikea’s, and the letters are always urgent,
from the corners, a CCTV “protects” us…
A suited crowd walks up and down consuming the Gran Vía (Madrid Street)
Someone jumped from the train platform,
In the holders: stock market, football scores, “witchcraft”
and Channel parade...
On the street common people have met,
the pigs identify the 'different'.
Today, girls and boys in my neighborhood show their teeth!
